Our Program for Uncontested Residential / Commercial/ Apartment Evictions :
- We prepare all required Judicial Council Forms based on your court’s requirements and your instructions.
- We file the Summons and Complaint.
- Court filing fee or Fee Waiver (if applicable — residential cases only).
- Once the case is filed, we refer you to a registered process server; ( additional fees apply).
- We prepare and file the Request for Default (if no response is filed).
- We obtain the Writ of Possession issued by the court.
- We forward the order to the Sheriff’s Department for lockout processing by mail or courier (additional fees apply).
We will provide you with an access code so you can track your case progress through your client portal.

WHEN THE EVICTION PROCESS BECOMES CONTESTED
- We prepare and file the Request to Set Case for Trial and assist you in moving the case forward. (Additional fees apply.)
- We can refer you to a cooperating attorney within our referral network for limited-scope representation. Attorney fees vary by case, or you may choose to represent yourself.
- Once judgment is entered in your favor, we prepare and file the Writ of Possession. (Additional fees apply.)
- We forward the order to the Sheriff’s Department for lockout processing by mail or courier. (Additional fees apply.)
